1. Intake Periods

2. Admission Fees

3. Admission Process

The admission process involves several steps:

4. EMGS Fee

The EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services) fee is included in the International Student Fee of RM 2,500 per year. This fee covers services related to visa applications, renewals, and other administrative costs associated with studying in Malaysia.

5. Visa Fee

For international students, the visa application process is managed through the university in collaboration with EMGS. The visa application and renewal fees are included in the RM 2,500 International Student Fee, which also covers medical insurance and other related charges. There may be additional charges depending on the country of origin and specific requirements.

6. Dependent Visa Process and Fee

International students wishing to bring family members under a dependent visa should follow this process:

  • Application Process: After obtaining your student visa, you can apply for a dependent visa for your spouse, children, or parents. This process is also managed through EMGS.
  • Required Documents: The dependent visa application requires marriage certificates, birth certificates (for children), passport copies, and proof of relationship. Other documents include student enrollment proof and a financial statement showing your ability to support the dependents.
  • Fee Structure: The fees for a dependent visa may vary, and it’s advisable to check with EMGS or the admissions office for the latest charges.

7. Class-wise Fee Structure (For International Students)

Undergraduate Programs

  • Foundation Science: RM 17,000 (1 year)
  • Foundation Arts and Social Science: RM 16,000 (1 year)
  • Accounting, Finance, International Business, E-Commerce, Chinese Studies, English Language and Literature, Mathematics: RM 26,000 per year (3 years)
  • Journalism, Advertising, Communication: RM 27,000 per year (3 years)
  • Engineering and Technology Programs (Physics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, AI, Cyber Security): RM 28,000 – 29,000 per year (4 years)
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine: RM 27,000 per year (5 years)

Postgraduate Programs

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA): RM 39,900 for the full program (16 months)
  • Master of Arts in Chinese Studies: RM 13,200 per year (2 years)
  • Master of Science in Chemical Engineering: RM 30,000 per year (2 years full-time or 3 years part-time)
  • Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering: RM 35,000 per year (3 years full-time or 4 years part-time)

8. Tuition Fees

  • Foundation Programs: RM 16,000 – RM 17,000 per year
  • Undergraduate Programs: RM 26,000 – RM 29,000 per year depending on the field of study
